WHO WE ARE
We are a family‑run business based in Okehampton. We have been serving the local community for years, helping families, landlords, executors, and homeowners with their clearance needs.
We are not a national chain. We are not a franchise. We are local people who live and work in Okehampton. We know the streets, the estates, the lanes, and the people.
We built this business on three principles:
- Respect — For every property, every item, and every person we work with
- Reliability — We turn up on time, do what we say, and complete the job
- Responsibility — We recycle and donate over 80% of what we clear
OUR STORY
We started this business because we saw a need in our community. People in Okehampton and the surrounding Dartmoor villages were struggling to find reliable, trustworthy clearance services.
They were dealing with:
- Estate agents asking them to declutter before viewings
- Inherited properties full of belongings they could not handle
- Overgrown gardens they could not manage
- Garages and lofts full of years of accumulated items
- The emotional weight of clearing a loved one's home
We wanted to help. We are not just clearance specialists — we are problem solvers. We take the weight off your shoulders so you can focus on what matters.
