We are based in Okehampton and provide house clearance services across the town, the surrounding Dartmoor villages, and beyond into Devon.
Because we are local, we know the area inside out. We know the narrow streets, the single‑track lanes, the steep drives, and the parking restrictions. We bring the right vehicles and we plan our access routes. We are never late because we got lost. We know exactly where we are going.

We clear properties throughout Okehampton town centre, including:

Access notes: We know these streets are narrow with limited loading space. We schedule our work outside peak hours and bring appropriately sized vehicles. We know where we can stop and for how long.

Access notes: We know these villages have single‑track lanes with high banks and few passing places. We use appropriately sized vehicles. We know the passing places. We know where we can turn around. We know which lanes are passable in winter.
